Kyla Farrow

Kyla Farrow is a Pilates teacher, movement educator and fitness professional committed to helping people find their strength and vitality to thrive. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and has studied extensively with top professionals in her field. Kyla is a longtime member of the Pilates Method Alliance and a Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist and Diastasis Recti Recovery Specialist. She has training in Stott Pilates, Classical Pilates (The Pilates Center) and is certified with Carolyne Anthony's Center for Women's Fitness. For the past 15 years she has been teaching people of all ages and abilities.

Kyla loves seeing how the Pilates method helps her clients, including those with injuries and limitations. She is always furthering her studies of the human body, and loves to learn new modalities.

Kyla is passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates. She first experienced the method when she was studying dance at Alvin Ailey in New York, and turned to Pilates to heal from an injury. She has a BFA in Dance from UC Santa Barbara and has danced professionally and taught dance. She enjoys helping people improve their quality of life, reduce pain, and feel more embodied.
